These pics are from a few years ago.
I ended up with people on the cam a few weeks later and pulled the camera.Between the bears and people ,I said screw it. And started using salt only in a few areas.
My target animals was mule and whitetail deer not bear.

Yup, when the bear find the blocks, it's over.  I find they break down and sour if they get rained on.  Stopped using them.  Wasn't worth it for me.
Economy failure = Too many people spending money they don't have on things they don't need to impress people they don't like.

The date on those photos are correct. I pulled the cam stopped any bait .Went back I'm September when bear season opened .I glasses a few bears that year in there but was unable to fill a tag that year. Very thick country,it's got some clear cuts and what not. But it's the type of area that it looks open here and there untill you hike over there and the brush is 15 ft tall.
