Found this on YouTube tonight. Kinda fun to watch. I grew up 20 minutes away from this location:

I fed as many whitetail as in this pic a couple years ago---along with 25 mulies. This year the highest whitetail number was around 60 and 22 mulies . Whitetail are migrating back up now...down to 30....mulies live here year round.

I fed as many whitetail as in this pic a couple years ago---along with 25 mulies. This year the highest whitetail number was around 60 and 22 mulies . Whitetail are migrating back up now...down to 30....mulies live here year round.
That's sweet that you do that.
I only feed like 5-10 deer that end up in the yard.
I think I have bought four bags of sweet cob this year.
Wife puts about a half gallon every nite.
Deer don't seem to like the barley in it ,or something.
But turkeys come in mourning clean up what deer leave.
I live in a town ,so I'm sure hunting pressure is low,but also sure a few get whack by people who live more on the edge of town.
I always end up leaving salt blocks every where in the woods .  Big ones from north40 ,just the plain white ones.

Hunted many years in maine. Ashland for bear and Machias/Cutler for deer. Deer yards very common. Owned 22 acres mostly blueberry in Cutler. Beautiful area of the country. Its WA state without the people and jobs.
