A couple of my favorite bear pics
I beg to dream and differ from the hollow lies

In November U.S. manufacturing contracted for the the ninth consecutive month. Layoffs across the economy are higher than anytime since the pandemic in 2020 and I just read that the Midwest farmers will be receiving a 12B bailout due to 50 year trade relationships being destroyed. I have to admit that I was a sceptic and didn't believe in the effectiveness in tariffs but I'm a believer now.

What kind of snacks do you put in front of your camera in the spring for mule deer?

I had good luck with:

Wet cob with molasses and loose salt for mule deer or whitetail

Elk loose a salt

Loose salt seems to work the best that I've used, doesnt keep them super regular like whitetail.  About mid august, once antlers are about done they really seem to change patterns away from it.

I like this one from last muzzy season.  You can see my headlights in the background heading out after shooting light.  Buck watching from the timber edge.

I agree. Once they’re hard horned they lose interest in the salt.

I dont think they loose complete interest in salt.  I have cameras that I only run salt year round and the elk hit it year round.  They slow down a little during the rut but mid October they are right back
