One of our lenders is smokin'! One HuntWA member had all his docs ready when I submitted his loan last week. We had very few additional conditions needed for underwriting. It was submitted to underwriting on Thursday and cleared to close today. He should sign on Friday. I don't know how many of you have ever done a refi, but this one was exceptionally fast, almost unheard of. If you DO need a refi before the rates go up, please contact me soon! I'll gitter done.
