Looking for an RSH4 Mod (Bear Truth Original, 27" draw)

Hey archery crew, anyone know where I can pick up a RSH4 mod for a Bear Truth I (not II).  Looking to get the draw length down to 27" on a bow I'm gifting to my uncle.  Looks like there's one one Ebay for $40, not sure the bow is worth that much.  Anyone have one of these laying around by chance?
