Heads up for Kelly Hill spring bear hunters.  Received my neighborly letter advising of the prescribed fires planned this spring, with options open for fall.  Cover scent provided by Colville Nat. Forest, as part of the East Wedge Fuels Reduction Project.   Happy Hunting.
