Seems Michelle is the one to go to down in the south sound area but was wondering if anyone knew of a good taxi in the north end area?

Sorry can't help you thier.  I know quite a few taxidermists down in my area.  Since I am so new to the area I havn't had a chance to learn the taxidermists in my surounding area.  I didn't notice any taxidermists on the taxidermy.net list up in that area I would recomend.  I am sure their are a few around your area. :)

I know there are three taxidermists in North Bend.  I use Buzzy Cook at Olympic Taxidermy just east of town.  He is a bit backlogged and I don't think he is taking on new clients because of this but you can call him.  He does some pretty amazing work.  He currently has a couple of amazing timber wolves he is doing full mounts on.  A couple of years ago he had an 11 foot polar bear in there.  He does some of the most amazing elk I have ever seen mounted.  I don't have his card with me but you can just do a google search and his number will come up.  If he can't take your work I am sure he can give an excellent recommendation.

I live in Tacoma and take all my stuff to Fidalgo Taxidermy up towards Fidalgo Island. Garth and Tammy Gildon are awsome. Award winning work and not too far for you. 360-293-7319

I never did a google search when I posted that.  I just went to www.stilllifetaxidermy.com and thats what came up.  I did find that address on the google search I did later.  I was just logging in to pass you along the information.

I didn't even think at the time their might be more than one studio going by that name.

Hello HW's,  I would recommend still life taxidermy.  Jeff does an outstanding job.  I took my 06 buck into him and he did a fabulous job.  If I can figure out how to post a pic I will.  He does the best fish mounts that I have seen also.  Puts alot of time into his work.  His turn around is about one year.  I Looked at that article from the herald and my buck is in that picture.  Next to the one he's working on.
