GMU 111 Aladdin Camp partner
« on: May 03, 2021, 10:40:47 AM »
I will be heading back out to Aladdin again on Friday and staying thru Weds evening for spring bear. Planned on taking someone with me, but they can no longer go because something came up. If anyone else is out there who is trying to fill their tag as well wants to share a camp or meet up and BS over the fire nightly send me a PM. I am always willing to meet other WA hunters. If anyone is interested please let me know or shoot me a PM.

Good luck to all out there this spring!

Just out of curiosity, how is the snow up there? I'm hearing it's around 5000ft right now.
God made man, Samuel Colt made them equal.

Yea 5000 is about right. Even at that the snow is melting pretty quick. Not a lot of places that I could not get into this last weekend.

Had an awesome time out in GMU 111 from Fri-today. Put a lot of miles on the boots and spent a lot of time glassing. Saw a total of 4 bears while out there and 3 of them just on Sat. Was never able to get a decent shot on anything. Still think it was just a little early, should be prime in the next week or so. The ticks were also extremely bad so be prepared for that as normal. Also had a real close encounter with a wolf on Mothers day. Scared the S**t out of me, but was a once in a lifetime experience that is for sure.
