Any butcher recommendations in Chelan area?

I've always processed my own game, but I've been thinking about finding a butcher recently as well. I'll ask around.

jeff is selling all his stuff but I think he is going to be working part time for the person who is buying it so that might be an option. There is one up outside Cashmere that I used once but wasn't real impressed.
