My dad, my two brothers and  myself all got them. But it was a lot of waiting on spinning wheels. :bash:

i got kicked out after confirming vehicle info.  received a late email around 2am with a link that said "our bad" log in and follow the attached link and we will get you a permit.   I did around 9am with and no issues.  id suggest keep an eye out for the email with the link. check spam file too.

Ironically, the system worked smoother than ever for me, right up until it said I got my permit but I didn’t give a method of payment.

I was frustrated, but got the email later about the crash and an email just after midnight to sign in and pay (I’m guessing they are emailing based on the order you were in the queue because I was in like lightning!!!) I got on my laptop and paid in the middle of the night even though it said I had till 5pm. Didn’t want to risk it.

I sent them an email last night expressing frustrations. They make millions and millions of dollars on this, but won’t pay to upgrade their server to handle the process adequately.

I got the email that allowed me to buy the permit right before 1am.  The email says I have until 5pm to buy it today.

to all the lucky winners some free advice from a group that had it last year if you are looking for elk start scouting early and often. We did not scout enough and had trouble finding elk and it seemed like most of the ones we did find were limping. lots of deer.  From our experience I would NOT start on the 1100 line.Again just some free advice from last year. I grew up hunting that country and we took a lot of elk back in the day but as they say it ain't what it used to be good luck to all
