new project
« on: April 30, 2009, 05:59:06 PM »
so i broke down and finally bought myself a new lower reciever. actually scared they wont be legal soon , espcecially
since i am living in california for a little while longer till i am out of the marines.
i got a Kaiser defense lower and plan on building it into a coyote rifle over the summer. so by the time i am home in jan 2010 it will be ready.

Very nice.  I actually have a couple lowers right now for future projects also.  Really did not need them but I figured in the next 4-8 years I would want to build one so decided to buy them now.  Do you know how you are going to set it up yet?  The wait time for some parts right now is like 6-9 months so you may want to get on a list now if you can..

here in california its really hard to find any parts at all. i dont really have any solid plans yet just a flattop reciever
and bull barrel probably 24". other than that noting fancy excet i would like one of those buttstocks that have an adjustable cheek piece
