Wish it was that easy. South sound has been slow. 30 minute window of a few fish then just dead for hours.
Maturity is when you have the power to destroy someone who did you wrong but instead you breathe, walk away, and let life take care of them.

Oh, trust me, a Minnesota boy tying on a big chunk of pink lead was a bit skeptical... until I wasn't!

My wife Jennifer has a little experience. Her friend Jennifer had literally never cast a fishing lure in her life. Nice to luck into looking like a fishing guide once in a while!

That's a fine looking pair of... pinks.

Got out yesterday for 2 hours late am after some work.  Picked up a double at 85', missed a couple and then headed home.  There were fish being caught, but I didn't see the massive schools on sonar like two years ago so maybe they have already moved up.  The schools were small and pretty spread out with quite a bit of blank screen in between.

I didn't see any seals south of the ferry like last time I was out.  Daylight or tide change would likely be better, we were pretty much dead middle of outgoing.

Yesterday was a two man limit in less than 30 min....big schools on the surface.  Haven't been bothering with the riggers.....spot and cast.
