Tightspot 2.5 pivot quiver
« on: May 04, 2021, 06:30:21 PM »
Just Intrested if anyone has tried the new tightspot 2.5 pivot quiver yet? I've been watching a few reviews of it and it seems legit! I'm looking to upgrade due to getting new smaller diameter arrows that won't fit in my current quiver, and I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on this one. Any one else try it out yet? It is a bit pricey but the adjustments look endless. What do you all think?

I just purchased the tight spot 7 arrow and love it.  I looked at the 2.5 and it looked awesome.  Then I thought about all the moving parts and stuck with the original.   I love the the tight spot 5 or 7 arrow quivers.

I've been pondering it back and fourth but you make a very valid point! Maybe once it's all set up how I like a little lock tite would be in order...

Have you put 7 arrows in it and actually shot it yet? I bought the same quiver and had al kinds of noise problems. After glueing the loose rattling hood I decided I could only run 5 arrows in it due to arrow on quiver contact with 7 standard dia arrows. Others seem to have the same noise complaints. My next quiver will be something lighter and quieter for sure.

Looks like a solid quiver but a lot of screws and $200! I’ll stick to my Hoyt solo 2pc. lighter, simpler, cheaper.

Depends on what bow your shooting and style preference IME. On bowtech and pse I prefer it waaaay more than the regular tightspot. Especially bowtech. If your shooting one of the other 2 big names then their options for 2 piece quivers are both better IMO.

The quiver itself is solid. I would prefer foam in the hood but it seems well constructed and no rattles. It takes a bit to set up, but is also very customizable. Streamlined and keeps arrows snug to bow.

PS, i forgot Prime. I havent looked recently at their riser cut outs or mounted one up on a prime, but if memory serves it should be a good fit on them as well.
