Rattlesnake Hills. 65 and over

Drew the tag.  Usually hunt the grayback area for deer.  Will be heading that way in late July or August to scout and get some eyes on it.

It's a doe tag so no worries about horns.

Public vrs private land?
Camping in areas?
Modern rifle

Not looking to step on anyone's toes will be there scouting no matter but any info would help.   Thanks

In my experience with the unit, the density is pretty low, but the country is very open. Land access will be an issue for you. There's plenty of BLM land but its in a checkerboard pattern mixed with private grazing land so you'll have to get creative.
