Winnett Montana
« on: June 20, 2021, 10:34:44 AM »
Well I have a hunting partner who doesn’t want to camp. So we might stay in Winnett Montana. Has anyone stayed there? Could I get places to stay if so.

Thank You

JS, I’ve never stayed in Winnett, but it looks like they have a motel. https://m.yelp.com/biz/northern-hotel-winnett

There’s one pretty nice VRBO house for $160 a night. Might be cheaper in the fall too. It’s the only one available for October-November. There were more on Airbnb but they’re all booked up except a couple had availability at the end of November only. Sounds ridiculous to get a rental house for hunting but it sure is luxurious when you get back late from hunting, take a hot shower and crash into a nice soft bed.
$5 is a lot of money if you ain't got it

Not much in winnett and I'd imagine most places are booked already. Roundup has a few more options but a bit of a drive every day

Stayed at the Northern last year. Nothing fancy but clean and worked for what we needed, owners were great. Seems that they only had six rooms if I remember correctly. Not many options for food at night, the bar has limited typical fare as would be expected.
Albacore, the better white meat.
