The Senate Judiciary Committee voted David Chipman out of committee.

Biden's nominee to be the Director of Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives now awaits a full Senate floor vote after today's 11-11 vote.

Chipman has an extensive and well documented career of being anti-gun and anti-hunting – as a lobbyist for gun control groups.
