Man, my computer skills are not showing. I had to nuke this thread a second time and start over to get the dates right. Only way I could figure to change the attachment.

I want to clarify that the WSTA summer rendezvous is August 13th, 14th & 15th. You may have noticed that the agenda in the Fur Shed magazine reflects two different weekends. This was a mistake. The heading is correct, the itemized agenda dates are wrong and were mistakenly carried over from a previous rendezvous schedule. The hourly schedule is correct.

I hope to see you at the rendezvous the weekend of August 13th.

I have been informed that WDFW will not let us hold a Trapper Education class at the Rendezvous this year. We will be doing demos for newcomers to the sport. If you have taken the on-line course or plan to this would be a great place to get a running start with some demonstrations from seasoned professionals. Also a great place to pick up some traps or at least check out different styles.
I have a bunch of KOROS coming and will have some of my swimthroughs there also. Blatant plug I know. :yike:

What’s the reasoning behind that Bruce? Are they trying to cut us out of it completely or is this still some sort of Corona bs?

Corona. They say they have to come up with a set of guidelines for classes to resume.

What I don't understand is that the "State is Open" and there are no guidelines.   :peep:

I thought I would bring this to the top with a little update. Earlier in the year there were some camping restrictions. Now everything is open and operating normally.
We do plan on setting up a little differently. We will still have the drive in gate open for people to haul items for vendors or auction stuff. We are going to encourage walk in rendezvousers to use the walk in gate across from the entrance to the RV Park, There will be parking to the left at the RV entrance. Signage will be there.
We have two air conditioned buildings this year. One for vendors and sign in at the lower gate opposite the rest rooms and our usual building for auction, raffle, dinner and meals.
I'll be there a day early on the 12th so if I see you we could probably use a little help setting up.
