7+lbs this last week for me.   After starting n stopping keto I have learned ya lose 3-4lbs and gain 3-4lbs over day or two.  I think its liver storing glucose which needs water to do that.  So we all have fatty livers to a point!
MAGA!  Again..

I was down 32 and stopped loosing, 2 weeks of nothing, not sure why, even got out walking more.  Went a carb bender for the weekend  :chuckle:   well not really, just had Chinese for dinner one night and a burger and fries the next along with a couple Cokes (which actually tasted nasty). Back on Keto Monday, gained 1 pound.... hopefully things get moving again.

I'm headed to Costco after my workout to get some jerky meat, won't be a ton of sugar in that stuff for sure.
