My 10yo sons first deer ever from Oct 2020. He made an excellent shot with his H&R .270 single shot, hand loaded with RL15 and a 130gr Speer Hot Cor. The mount turned out excellent. Hoping to get him on a stud mulie this year.

My 10yo sons first deer ever from Oct 2020. He made an excellent shot with his H&R .270 single shot, hand loaded with RL15 and a 130gr Speer Hot Cor. The mount turned out excellent. Hoping to get him on a stud mulie this year.

Thanks, I use Speer bullets exclusively except in my .375 Ruger and .257 Wby.

That’s a great first deer, second or any day of the week deer. Congrats to you both.
