Hunting Southern Illinois Oct 30 - Nov 10. Anyone else hunting Illinois?

Looking forward to hunting my old stomping grounds in Southern Illinois for whitetail soon. Didnt hunt last year due to emergency work issues. Hopefully I see some 150"+ bucks. Anyone else hunting Illinois this season? I wanted to hunt prime rut, but elk hunting in Washington is getting in the way this season.

Well, my hunt wrapped up. Plenty of smaller bucks seen. Largest I passed on was a 4x5. I was looking for a more mature animal. Lots of dead animals along side the highway. Saw several shooters after dusk. Was close a few times, but not close enough.
