No, you had to sign up and choose between Deer, Elk or Deer Elk Combo which closed end of June then lotto to determine order by mid July.

First time on the list. In years past, how far down do they generally get?

Looking on GoHunt it looks like mid to late Nov in 2020 they got to the following numbers for each combo license:

Elk  589
Deer 256
Big Game  320

I got a deer combo in 2019 positioned at 480.  I got the call early September.  I think they didn’t get as far down the list last year because so many people were home/working remote easier to take the time off last min

3747, can't draw nothing. No az elk, no nm elk, no wy elk, no mt elk deer combo, no wa elk, Idaho elk tag sold out before my number came up, no id controlled elk, no handcock elk, numerous elk raffles and draws. Bull shoot. Thank God for all these you tubers and pod casters telling everyone how easy it is. I guess I will be posting my wa general elk harvest
