Hey guys and gals, my borrowers are very happy. I spoke to Brenda last night and she's amazed at how fast this went. They got the cash they wanted and the appraisal was waived - $800+ saved there alone. They signed Monday and will have their money in the bank by end of business today.
Rates are still good if you've got good credit and enough equity to stay below 80% loan-to-value. Especially good rates if you refi into a 20 or 15-year note. I don't need to increase your term and have you add years to your present situation. In many cases, I can decrease your term and still keep your payments the same or lower.
Housing values nationwide have increased 23% since last July. Take advantage of your equity. Call me if you want me to work up some preliminary numbers in about 15 minutes. If it doesn't make sense for you, I won't do the loan.
