Pole Building Contractor Recommendations - Eastside
« on: July 23, 2021, 10:02:21 AM »
Buying some land and will be building a pole building with living quarters in the spring.  Looking for recommendations for a contractor.  I want quality and dependability more than the lowest price.  Maybe there are some members who are contractors and would be interested.

Located near Spangle, WA.  Property is 90 Acres with some good potential for deer/pheasant/waterfowl hunting.  May be willing to barter some hunting permissions for any members interested in doing the work.

Recommendations for septic design and install welcome also.

Not sure if they’re still around, but American Freedom Construction (253)720-7501. Pole buildings was one of their specialties. In a past career, I sold them a lot of metal roofing/siding for pole buildings. They were picky about quality of products they used, and did great work from what I saw. I know they did work on the east side of the Cascades.

Not for building but I work with the C in C&S  :chuckle:. Carrie and her husband Shaun give every appearance of being solid, good people.
