Seems easy enough to call the ranger station in the area and see if they are running cams of FS Rd whatever...

Maybe just getting an idea of the numbers of vehicles coming and going.  Maybe it's for enforcement purposes..maybe it's someone trying to catch someone stealing it...maybe it's bigfoot running counter surveillance.... lot's of what ifs...

For every cam you see there's probably 20 you don't...

I know WDFW also puts cams everywhere and close to or next to roads.. helps them identify people who are doing things they are not suppose to do.
