i would say legal...looks like its a 2x3 with the leftside (rightside picture) is lined up just right. but that front point is a little short and looks like it would be a little fork...

That one was hard to tell but it just barely looked like a fork on that bucks left side our right so I had to go with it and say yes after a long while of studying.

yeah you can just barely see the tip of the second point...and that 3rd point is way to small and at a wrong angle for it to have just been a 2pt...on that side.
