TRUGLO Razor sight "lighted" question
« on: April 27, 2009, 10:34:27 AM »
Looking at putting a Razor micro adjust 6 pin on the new bow. What does the light do on the sight do? Is it legal for Wash? New to this bow stuff so thanks in advance...

it lights up the pins and no, not legal.

It does say its optional, but comes with it. So I suspect it does not need to be used.

We had one in the shop ...its not that cool...its hard to use ...if you move your head you cant see the pins...there are better sights out.

It is difficult to move single pins, but once you get it set I do like how small the pins are and the visibility of your target. Since you are looking at a reflection there is less chance of messing up your anchor point. I got mine for $29 on ebay

Alot of the fiber optic sight pins are much brighter then the pins with the lighted hoods.  One's legal and ones not.

Most sights have a place to put some sort of artificial light, the razor just comes with one, that you can take out. It is plenty bright without the light.
