Northwest Washington archery hunting partner

Whatcom county based archery hunter looking for hunting partners. Willing to travel but have westside elk tag. Also have deer, bear cougar tags and small game add on. I've been scouting at the Van Zandt Dyke but have seen little sign. Would appreciate any advice on hunting in whatcom county.
