I've done so much business on this website it's mind boggling! Thanks to all of you who've reached out and let me take care of your financial future. Even if you didn't end up doing a loan for whatever reason, I appreciate that you came to me. Time is never wasted if you used it wisely and that's how I feel about not completing a loan. We had a great experience refinancing and pulling equity out of our house through John. This gave us the ability to purchase a cabin on 18 acres bordering forest service. John literally made our dream come true. The process was very easy and he was patient with us when we did not have all the info he needed the first time we talked. We  are self-employed so that always throws a huge wrench in these processes and he navigated All the additional information required of us quickly. Thanks again John and I will try to get around to leaving reviews on the other sites  also

Guys!  John is fantastic to work with and totally understands the needs/frustrations that a refi can bring to the home owner.  He was very up front on all the issues that could happen, and some of them did!  There was never a time when it was a right now! action required! issue, as John knew what was coming next and had us well in front of everything.  He was very respectful of my wife and her concerns as well (that was a huge help!!!).  As it turned out, we could not get a timely appraisal on the house/property because we are in a rather remote location and appraisers are few and far between.  We would have needed to wait months on end or spend a huge pile of cash to get one quicker.  John actually recommended we drop the refi idea as it was way more trouble than what it would potentially save us in $.  Thanks John!  If your looking for the best communicator possible, most professional guy in the business, John is your man!  No need to look further.  I have had several loan pros before.  Nothing compared to John.
