Don't know if it's the best, but I've been using Unique a long time and have been happy with my results.

I use Universal or HS 6, I prefer Universal because it's cleaner.

Titegroup is my number one because I have so much of it, pretty happy with universal and unique is great. All of mine is just plinking ammo. The titegroup does run a little bit more dirty but no matter

Unique works well.  Also used tightgroup and have heard good things about cafe pistol.

Several months ago, somewhere online, I saw an article about Bullseye powder for 9mm. That guys experience was that you could load 4.2 grains of Bullseye powder with any weight 9mm bullet. He has good results with various weight 9mm bullets: 100, 115, 124, 147 - all shot with accuracy good enough for plinking. He had even loaded 90 grain bullets over that charge.

A word of caution:  Whenever i see load data posted online, i check a couple reloading manuals to be sure the powder-primer-bullet combination is within the minimum and maximum in the manual. Some guys like to load beyond maximum loads in the manuals ….. and i stay FAR away from those loads!

same, and tite group has continued to be available throughout this shortage, you can load approximately 1,700 rounds with 1lb of powder, I’ve been using it for several years loading 115’s and 124’s. I think if you plan on running 147’s you’ll want a slightly slower powder but 4.1-4.4 grains behind a 115 makes a nice range load

I use Bullseye, for 9 mm pistol loads I think there are many, many right answers including whatever you can find right about now.
