do the Indians have to follow the same land closure rules, or are they an "exception"

Native Americans being politically correct will claim sovereign rights and are exempt from the closures and probably have a team of lawyers already lined up and on standby
How does a thread about access get turned into this?Spoiler alert, native americans don't have to follow the same rules.I do appreciate that a native american chimed in with an answer and didn't stir the pot.I am pretty sure the OP was not asking about native americans he was asking for himself and it can be tricky depending on your access point. There are a ton of roads into the area and depending on the land manager at that access point access will vary.Hopefully we can get this back on track?
