Does it need an endorsement? I know gas bikes 50cc and greater need one but what is the cc equivalent for E-bikes.

Anything capable of 30mph or more is legally a motorcycle in WA and requires an endorsement. Below 30 can be a moped, no endorsement needed but must be registered. Below 28mph can be a bicycle, no license required.

No clutch to "pop" though.
I don’t think this qualifies for the WA state sale’s tax exemption but I sent in a claim anyway. Worth a try for the price of a stamp. I can’t find the definition of a “medium duty passenger vehicle”.

An EV would make a great farm motorcycle. You ride it for the day and then plug it in at night. Your never more then the width of your farm from the plug in. Put a nice rack on the back like the trail 110's, bam, your gettin' work done.
