This was for a 740 FICO score, good DTI and just a rate and term refinance. 2.40%, APR of 2.48%. Rates are still low. Get 'em while they're hot.

How are rates for double wide homes? Is it possible to get a good rate if its not a "stick built"

You pay a little more for manufactured homes and some lenders won't touch them. In addition, the home must be on it's original foundation - can't have been moved, or no one will touch it.

No, this is a conventional 15-year note with high credit score. The rate rose by .035%, so to 2.535 yesterday afternoon, APR.
