Top picture, bull on the left is giving us a good illustration of the shoulder bones.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

Cool. The winner proudly sits where the apple pile once lay. I've seen does rear up and kick at each other over food sources before. Thanks for sharing.

Why does there have to be an apple tree.  The op is doing nothing wrong.  Move along.

Lady Grouse hunter believes “baiting” is illegal.

Awesome bulls, that crown frame is really cool.

Baiting for the purposes of hunting deer or elk.

(1) For the purposes of this section: "Bait" is any substance that could serve as a lure, food, or attraction for deer or elk.
(2) Except as otherwise provided in this section, it is unlawful to hunt for deer and elk using any type of bait placed, exposed, deposited, distributed, scattered, or otherwise used for the purpose of attracting deer or elk with the intent to hunt them, if the volume of bait accessible to wildlife exceeds 10 gallons.

Straight from the WAC for her.
