Youth moose permits

My son has five points .I was wondering how many points is average when they get drawn.He is 15 yrs old is this the last year he can put in for the youth hunt.If he gets drawn is there anyone that would be willing to give us some helpful info.

My 2 girls both have 5 also but they are to old for youth moose hunt.It is different for youth moose they have to be under 16 at the time of the hunt but other youth hunts they go by how old they are when they buy the lic. hope that makes sense
