BUT the Palms/points beat his ALL-THE-Way!

How MANY draw points did she have when she drew this tag?
I have been applying for many years and now have 7 pts. but have not applied in several years.
Back then it was soo sparse to even draw a tag. I see now/currently Moose have come down, bred in Washington state from Canada in good numbers...
I'D BE more than HAPPY
to go in next season as her Partner with MY draw points!
