Anyone heading over to Montana Deer soon? If so how’s it looking? I see the weather is turning cooler.

I will be in Montana over thanksgiving again. With draw odds, I feel pretty lucky

Headed out to the big belts at the end of Oct and again over Thanksgiving for the big game combo... first time hunting Montana and I'm getting pretty excited!!  I've been planning and looking forward to it since the end of last hunting season.

Headed over to the breaks for the 2nd week of November. Went last year and learned the area and got a decent 4 point. Going 2 weeks later this year hopefully closer to the beginning of the rut and looking for a monster this year!

I was fortunate enough to draw a wyoming a general deer tag and a montana tag. So the plan is to head to s.e montana and fill that wyoming tag then after that I'll be mobile trying to find a bigun. Start in the s.e then start working north. I'll be by myself after the 13th with no place I have to be until Thanksgiving in spokane. Hit me up if your in eastern montana after the 13th and need someone to hunt with. Best of luck to all.

I'm in Miles city right now and it has been hot and dry.  I would say extreme drought conditions this year.  A bit cooler today with some rain moving in.  Good luck to all.

I’m in western Montana now. It’s cold at night. Overcast or sunny during the day. Was snow on the pass between salmon and Darby.
