If Buffalo is on the menu get the alces set. It’s made for huge stuff like moose and Buffalo.
Tristan is a great guy. I have 3 sets of his bags. Lifetime warranty and I have probably put 50+ animals in my sets since I bought them. They still function as new.

The Guide set is big enough for elk if you get 2 sets.
I have even had elk in his hunter size set but the guide has bigger bags that fit easier with elk.

Go to a brewery supply of grange and get empty "woven Plastic" grain bags for free. Tear out the solid plastic bag liner inside. They weigh nothing and are incredibly strong. Can't be beat....
