second deer tag question

hoping you guys can help me real quick. can i by the second deer tag after the season starts? im going to hunt my normal spot and if i harvest its a hour drive to where my second deer tag is good for so i wasn't going to by it intill i harvest my first. Is that possible? thanks for the help.

You can't shoot an antlerless deer without purchasing the second tag. That second tag is the only one you can hang on it.

Yes.  You can buy your 2nd tag at any time even after the season starts.

Yes you should be able to buy it anytime. Heck they'd probably even sell it to you after the season is over!

You might want to log in to your account and make sure it shows up as an option to purchase. Mine didn't, so I went to a license dealer and they couldn't find it to sell to me either.

I called the WDFW licensing number and after waiting on hold for a while a nice lady got it all straightened out and I went ahead and bought it online. Got it in the mail in less than a week.

You can buy it anytime. I just picked mine up yesterday at a dealer and they found it and printed it no problem.

Thanks for clearing.  I was curious and went to look, and I have the option to buy it.  It's not grey out.
