Advice wanted for youth bow
« on: October 23, 2021, 08:38:42 AM »
My daughter just turned 9 and I am looking to start her off with a good youth bow. Any one have any they would recommend? She's gone through a few of the simple ones that sportsmens sells and is ready for something she can grow Into. She loves being out target practicing with her dad.  What's everyone's thoughts?

I started simple with my kids, a simple stick and string.   Worked on form and good habits.

Check out the Genesis, easy to adjust poundage and a great step between a toy and a hunting bow.  There is no letoff so you don't have to worry about draw length.  I like shooting it too, great fun for everyone.

Got my daughter this one a year or so ago. Draw length goes down to like 13'' and weight goes down to 5lbs I think. Just like shooting mom or dads bow. She loves it.

Wow the diamond is real nice. I got my kids the Mathews  mini genesis and it's really not a lot of room to grow with it. The diamond bow looks awesome.
