Moose in GMU 335

Was Hunting last week in 335 and sure as *censored* saw a cow moose.  I did not know that they were down in that part of the state??  Has any one else see moose in this area??

Every once in a while. One was in Kittitas a few years ago, a couple have been seen near vantage over the years and one hit on Hwy 97 outside of cle Elum maybe 6 or so years ago. I’m sure the wolves are the reason they are spreading further out. Sure is cool to see them.

 saw a cow and calf quite a few years ago turkey hunting. told the guys at Owens Meats and he told me " We call those Elk". ha ha. His buddy next to him said there had been a cow and calf up the Teanaway for months and he shut up.

Have a buddy that lives north of cle elum, and he took pics of a cow/calf pair off his road because he figured nobody would believe him.

I wonder how many people will touch their nose to their screen trying to read this...

Doesn't surprise me. My grandpa who's lived in cle elum all his life has always claimed back in the day a bull moose swam across lake cle elum. It's perfect country for them, I'd love to see them move in
