Cell Biology and Quantitative methods are too demanding to miss class. Plus I am taking Spanish also too much info is missed by not going one day. Plus the cost of tuition I am paying $13 per day per class so, why would I throw that much money out the window for pictures of an animal I will be studying in the future? After all I am going to specialize in large predators!

Sounds like you've got a busy week.  Cool career path you're on.  Call it field research, ask for extra credit and do a presentation to your class.  Work it.  Professors love creativity and motivation.

I would except none of my current classes have anything to do with animal biology or predators.

Between my class schedule and my buddies schedule I don't think I could get up there before Friday. Maybe I need to find someone who wants to go stand guard for me while I move the cameras on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. Any takers?

Ok I got the cameras and I am home safe. I am editing the photos but having a little trouble as I placed them too close to the elk and the flash drowns out the photo. If anyone knows how to fix this PLEASE let me know. A little teaser for the captive audience. The absolute biggest predator I have ever seen!!

just a big bloated dead elk and guts hanging out

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
