Following up on a lead?
« on: May 03, 2009, 02:12:21 PM »
I was told in passing that there are birds around the Elbe / Eatonville area.  Looked for about 4 hours today with nothing.  Has anybody seen birds in that area?

Seen them at Northwest Trek, but definitely not wild ...

It might be that a few have drifted in from other release sites, but they would not be very many ... more likely another case of someone "illegally" releasing farm birds which doesn't work and can only inflict avian diseases on the truly wild birds.
