Rogers has been pretty good at keeping 12 gauge loads in stock during this pandemic.  Just keep checking their site.

I have been finding or seeing waterfowl ammo each week.  It just takes persistance if you want to get it.  Many of the bigger stores are getting it, but it sells out quick.  Find out which days the stores get inventory and make a stop on those days.  If it supposed to be on the shelf by opening time, that's what you need to do.  I purchased 12 cases this year as I saw it coming.
Every morning check out Rogers sporting goods and Macks PW.  They both have been getting shells weekly.  If your picky and will only shoot a specific kind, good luck.  Cabelas, Sportsman, Wal Mart and others have been getting shells regularly.  Went into North 40 a few weeks back and they had shells.  Stopped in at Ace in Winthrop and they had shells.
Went into All American Armory yesterday and they had about 8 cases of 3-1/2" Kent shells.  Skagit arms had a bunch of Fiocchi show up last week, but I think it was gone by Saturday.

Great points- it takes a bit of hustle and maybe (gasp!) some extra work. It's not 2016 where you went into your LGS and tried to get a deal.

I even found .410 shells last week at Sportsman and found more yesterday at Wal Mart.  Those have been hard to come by.  $18.99 a box at Sportsmand for 3" and $12.89 a box for 2-3/4" at Wal Mart.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!

Waterfowl loads, impossible to find and can’t hunt with out them, just facts not excuses. Sorry for the confusion

Rogers has some, better hurry:

https://www.rogerssportinggoods.com/winchester-super-x-12ga-3-1-1-4oz-1400fps

46 products and only one shows coming soon. Rest SOL or out of stock.

North 40 in Airway Heights had some steel when I was there a few days ago. Not sure what today's situation is. I scored 4 boxes of Federal 3" #4's at the Spokane Valley Walmart the other day for $12 a box.

Keep at it, just check as many places as you can as often as you can.

I go to the store 1-2 times a week and if they have some, I buy a box or two. I go different days & different times and have been pretty successful at staying stocked up.

This is the best advice! I have found the same results. Also like you said don't be picky. I have never used 3.5" shells before, but it was all that was available at a couple stores so i said what the heck?! Man do they sure put ducks to sleep  :chuckle:

Not sure about the legality, but putting up a game cam in Walmart and patterning the movement might be the way to go.   :dunno: :chuckle:

That is what I had to do for toilet paper at one time!

Delta sent me an email and I informed them due to supply chain shortages of hunting ammunition I won’t even purchase a license.
