Cameras are great if you want to watch someone steal your sh#t.Motion sensing driveway alert are great if you want to catch them in the act.The one I have has 4 zones and 4 sensors with loud base unit in the house.1 beep,by my truck.2 beeps back gate.3 beeps in shed.4 beeps back of boat.
Blink cameras alert you almost instantly via your cell phone, plus records what’s going on, letting you view it, back it up view it again on your phone.
Last night I had a raccoon set it off, no reason to get out of bed for that.😉
I bet it’s fun to check your place ever time you hear a beep, in the middle of the night.🤣
The Blink system is great. The motion sensing camera lets you see things immediately on your phone, and the storage function is great in case you need to go back and look at a video again. I have a camera on my front porch, and one on my back deck. I would recommend this system wholeheartedly !!
Another thing Blink has is audio, you hear them, and you can talk to them via your phone as long as you have cell service.
So both me , and the wife have the app on our phones so between the two of us were pretty much always able to view, and respond to anything that goes on. 👍
