Mortgages in other states
« on: November 02, 2021, 09:56:00 AM »
Hey All, I get requests for ID, MT, CO, AZ, TX and lots of other states. I'm only licensed in WA and OR at this time. I do, however, have a great network that I've been building over the last year. If you're moving out of WA and want to be hooked up to an experienced realtor in that state, I'd be glad to help. I don't get anything for this service - finder's fees are illegal in the mortgage industry. But if you're a HuntWA member, I'd consider it an honor to assist you with finding the right person/broker for your mortgage. And certainly, I can take care of the people buying your house. Let me know if you need some help!
