That’s good stuff right there ! Ya and the pic of her exhausted on the bike is priceless!

Haha she was beat. But like I told her, the most miserable hunts and pack-outs make the best memories. She gets it now that it’s all over!

Pretty awesome, I just showed this to my 6 year old daughter, whose name is also Whitney. She thought it was pretty cool.  Congrats to you both

Great job to you and your daughter! Excellent write up! Gets me excited for when my daughter will be old enough to hunt with me and harvest her own animals!

My favorite photo is the one of your daughter slicing up the trophy. She has done a lot of hard work getting that elk to her slicing board! You can be very proud of that young lady.

“It’s going to absolutely suck. We have to get up super early and you’re going to be cold, wet, and miserable, but we HAVE to be there before anybody else.” She was a trooper,

This! Is what it’s all about. Character building to nth. Don’t always fill tags but I for some reason I love all of it. Including getting skunked and all the work/pain after being successful. Hunting is a religion and the mountains are church.

Congrats for being excellent and making lifetime memories.
