I get asked often, 'what animals are challenging or hard to to'...well you're looking at it. Bobcats are so very specific and tough to do with everything from their ears to the their iris/eye position. The west coast does not sport the real big whitish (can you say that in this day in age?, lol) colored cats like the mid-west does such as Idaho and Montana; even the eastern part of the start you get into some really big/lightly colored cats. The wet side has the subspecies commonly known as 'cedar reds'; longer limbed, lanky, and lots of red with minimal spotting. They are gorgeous cats, but present challenges in comparison to the others of the mid-west in body conformation. This cat is one of the better ones brought in for the 2020 season...big head, good spotting, and fairly thick body. I have a cat in the shop similar to this pose, which is what the client chose. Thank you to the owner for the work! Wishing everyone a great Holiday Season!
