Yes.  It use to be Klickitat, Okanogan and Tenaway were fall special draws.  The Klickitat is open for a fall season over the counter along with the Okanogan but not at the level of 4 fall birds.  The Teanaway is the only draw fall tag now.  That may change to an OTC fall season but again it would most likely only be 1 or 2 fall birds not 4 like the eastern GMU's.  There isn't near the same population of birds as there is in the NE corner.  Even the SE corner has more birds than the eastern cascades but if you add in Klickitat it may be close.
