Didn't get the Elk tag I wanted so what the hell, might as well chase Deer. It's a ridiculous system but honestly still better than a draw I think? it would be really tough if you had a few buddies and were trying to go in as a group.

Bro and I got our tags, but the main group of guys haven't even tried yet.   I think there's going to be a LOT Of butthurt if they don't get on it quickly!

this system is total crap. yea im complaining cause I didn't get my way. but im going to do it anyways.  I was logged in at 1030 with 26000th place and every hr was checking  at 230 I had 5000 people in front of me, and over an hr wait, 30 minutes later I logged in and the site wouldn't load, finally got in and I got kicked out and had 8000 people in front of me. finally got in and all unit 6 deer are gone.  I would much rather have a draw and an equal chance of getting a tag. not my fault I was at work trying to earn a living and couldn't log in earlier. am I really going to have to burn a PTO day DEC 1 just to hunt 10 months later.  total joke of a system. rant over  good luck to all that got tags. my only hope now is to draw a controlled hunt. "so your saying there is a chance"

Seems like they have some issues they haven’t resolved. After seeing this post I logged in and was 15000 in line, my buddy logged in a few minutes prior to me and was 5000. Well I got my tag around 1:30 and my buddy that was 10000 places ahead got nothing as he kept getting booted out of the system until he just gave up.

It's basically already an unorganized draw. You login before 9 am and are assigned a random number. I would rather just have an organized draw. Less stress and won't interfere with work.

Definitely most tags sold out way faster than last year, on to another state I guess. Unless return tags come in later

Might take a trip over to Idaho next year to purchase in person. Curious if anybody here had any issues buying from a vendor in person?

a friend was at the sportsman warehouse at 9 and was 20th in line and took over an hr but was able to buy for him and his son at the counter  much easier than waiting all day online "in-line" to be told, they are sold out.
