After 24 nights in big buck camp the end result was feeling thankful for the ability to enjoy my passion with my hunt crew and live in all the moments while experiencing all of mother nature’s precious gifts. Day three of the hunt started off slow in the low 30’s and heavy fog. After a hot mug of chicken noodle soup and a short nap, now straight up noon I see deer moving down through the rocks heading my way that looked like silhouettes through the fog. As they got closer I could see The second one was a pretty good buck. They made their way within 35 yards but then angled out across the side of the hill then up on a knob where he gave me a shot at 55 yards. I let it fly and hit him high shoulder and dropped him in his tracks. Hope you enjoy the pics
